Return Policy
- If Cancelled before 45 days of arrival: Only service charges will apply (JPY 20,000 per person).
- If Cancelled between 45 – 30 days of arrival: 25% of Ground Package Cost + service charges.
- If Cancelled within 29 days up to arrival / No Show: 100% of Ground Package Cost + service charges.
Payment Policy
- Booking Payment: 40% of Ground Package Cost – at the time of confirmation.
- Second Payment: Balance amount to be cleared 30 days prior to group arrival date.
- Full Tour Payment: 100% must be completed before group arrival.
